The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong於即日至11月30日期間,呈獻Dom Pérignon非凡美酒佳餚晚宴,讓顧客與廚師一起探索品嚐美食的樂趣 。

美酒佳餚無人不愛,所以這次The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong的行政總廚Peter Find邀請了Dom Pérignon香檳王及總釀酒師Richard Geoffroy一同構思餐單與餐酒的配搭,旨在為食客獻上最完美的味蕾體驗。

晚宴共有五道菜式,而Richard Geoffroy則精心挑選了三款陳年Dom Pérignon香檳作配搭,分別是2003年的Dom Pérignon Vintage配頭盤帆立貝、1996年的Dom Pérignon Oenotheque配菠菜凍湯及2002年的Dom Pérignon Rose Vintage配牛仔柳。三款香檳各有千秋,與食物產生的化學作用定能俘虜無數食客的味蕾。
