踏入秋冬,帝苑軒中菜行政總廚何偉成師傅以優質食材及獨特醬汁,創製了一系列溫暖窩心的的石鍋與煲仔菜,包括以嫩滑豆腐加上新鮮基圍蝦蒸煮的石鍋香芹圍蝦嫩豆腐、以秘製醬汁炮製嫩滑排骨的石鍋沙薑紅葱頭排骨、石鍋鮑汁鱆魚飯,以及選取1斤重越南肉蟹入饌的石鍋生炒糯米蟹,以簡單調味爆炒後,香濃蟹汁則留作炒糯米飯,讓飯粒吸收肉蟹的鮮味,成就滋味無窮的蟹鍋飯,可謂乍暖還寒的季節之選。
