冬天是進補的最好時機。沙田18主廚倪師傅最近便精選當季食材,巧藉傳統家庭式烹調,創製了多款滋潤養生的佳餚,包括驅寒暖胃的胡椒鹹菜燉花膠潤澤味蕾、以健脾益胃且能紓緩咽喉疼痛的無花果烹製的無花果龍杏燉肉汁,還有健康滋補的魚湯湘蓮煮南瓜及粉糯入味的小葱蜆芥肉鬆芋頭缽,都是冬天必吃的農家小菜,還有酸甜獨特的山楂麥芽煮開邊虎蝦及有助整腸的馬拉盞帶子粒蒸秋葵等。飯後別忘一嘗紅棗香片蛋糕、話梅芝士卷及杏脯朱古力蛋糕等餅廚賴師傅的創意甜品。
