拉麵潮還沒退熱,又有東瀛居酒屋進佔本土。東京的權八以外,最近還有由JC Group引進的沖繩名店目利之銀次,以一店兩響之勢,先後進襲銅鑼灣和屯門V City。於日本有14間分店的居酒屋品牌,由沖繩幾名年輕人創立,不僅菜式和裝潢都講究創新,其最大賣點乃擁有產地直送仲買人,不經仲間或供應商取貨,就是刺身的來貨點也沒設限,故價錢相對較低。新店不僅貫徹總店裝潢,包羅刺身、沙律、炭烤小食和涮涮鍋的餐牌也如出一轍,難得沿用親民的價格為取向,相信不難成為又一吃喝好去處。
