入秋,正是栗子當造之時。承往年好評,美心西餅再度嚴選山東莒南縣板栗,並邀得逾38年造餅經驗的劉師傅,以傳統方式打磨百分百鮮磨純栗子蓉,結合70年代傳統栗子蛋糕製法,打造了純栗子蛋糕和純栗子撻等經典款式,還大膽地夥同沖繩紫薯、鹿兒島甘薯、棉花糖及果仁脆脆,創出形態優美的「紫」醉「甘」迷立體花形蛋糕、山東板栗果仁脆脆及棉花糖栗子撻,以至純栗子卷和栗子紫薯孖寶等滋味包點,讓香甜軟糯的多重口感,點綴金秋。
